GETTING MARRIED HERE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
I/we the undersigned agree to abide by the Code of Conduct of Getting Married Here including abiding by the following:
Maintain a high standard of service in professional conduct and practice at all times;
Respect the importance of the marriage ceremony and wedding day to the couple and their guests;
Ensure that personal presentation is of an appropriate standard and respect that of the client in relation to their wedding day;
Be open to comment from clients and fellow members and use comments to improve performance
Show respect for fellow members as professionals;
Provide information to clients regarding the member’s professional services both verbally and electronically including contact by phone and email.
Respond to enquiries from both clients and other members in a timely fashion ensuring the client/member is satisfied with the services offered;
Accept that advertising is to be agreed upon by the majority vote of the group and respect those decisions;
To use Getting Married Here as a ‘one stop’ resource for Western region weddings and to market the Western region as a premier wedding location;
Work together and promote one another for the benefit of the client and your fellow members;
Strive to develop the professionalism of your own service whilst educating one another of the services offered by each member;
Business dealings and appointment commitments are to be honoured, legal and transparent when dealing with clients and other professionals;
With the exception of meeting corporate reporting requirements, information and discussion relating to the groups business, affairs, customers, clients, members and plans must be considered confidential and are not to be disclosed outside the group.
Willingness to attend the monthly meetings held by the group is paramount. If more than 3 meetings are missed in a calendar year without legitimate justification or hardship, the leadership group has the right to void your membership with one months notice.
Proper record keeping and maintenance of GMH supplied Referral Book.
Contribute to and help share the GMH Website and related Social Media for the benefit of the membership.
Accept that monies are spent exclusively for the members and need to be agreed by the majority of GMH excluding running costs ie stationary etc. any other money’s above $200 will need approval by group majority voted in accordance to GMH rules at a meeting.
